Hours:
Full-Time
Typically 8-10 hour days, need to be able to On Call, and have weekend availability. Typically our technicians receive 40 + hours a week with overtime. Holidays may be worked if they falls on an on-call schedule.

Certifications and Experience:
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
Ideally, 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
Driver's License and Record:
Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Customer Service:
1 year of customer service experience is ideal.
Screening:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Undergo a comprehensive background check.

Summary:
We are seeking both skilled technicians and entry-level individuals to join our team as HVAC and Plumbing Technicians. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, maintaining systems, and identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Responsibilities:
Create Turnover Opportunities:
Collaborate with the sales department to identify and create turnover opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction:
Identify and implement appropriate solutions to meet our customer's HVAC and plumbing needs.
Cross-promote all products and services offered by the business.
System Inspection and Diagnosis:
Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing and HVAC systems.
Diagnose issues and recommend preventive maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed.
Documentation and Testing:
Ensure all necessary tests are performed and documented during inspections.
Utilize company-provided software systems for documentation.
Time Management and Organization:
Manage time effectively to meet service demands.
Maintain organized records of service activities.
