Salaried Position minimum 40 hours per week need to have availability to installation crews potentially over the weekend and into the night. Mainly a Monday through Friday position. but need to be available by phone all times.

Summary:
The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's installation operations. This includes scheduling and dispatching crews, managing equipment and material orders, implementing inventory stocking programs, and supervising warehouse functions. The role requires clear communication with customers and contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company schedules. The Installation Manager will also be responsible for training and optimizing the efficiency of installation crews, ensuring the overall profitability of installation projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Ensure the shop is open at designated times.
Update job schedules and layout schedules.
Review new jobs with installers, and check paperwork, and timecards from the previous day's job.
Ensure signed timecards are turned into accounting at set daily times.
Check installers' tools and vans once a week.
Walk the shop and loading area, answering questions and ensuring installers are gone by scheduled times.
Schedule layouts and update layout & design schedules.
Turn in all files for billing from the prior day.
Ensure shop fabrications are completed to meet job schedules.
Ensure the installation fleet is properly maintained and meets company standards for cleanliness.
Facilitate special orders, materials, etc.
Ensure all layouts are completed based on the installation schedule.
Contact the office before & after each layout.
Check two jobs in progress each day for quality & on-time status.
Be available for installers to contact easily for questions, knowing whereabouts and progress of the crew during the day.
Return to the shop each day to update schedules, finish drawings, debrief installers, etc.
Return builder/customer calls.
