As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our company's first point of contact and play a crucial role in creating a 5-star customer service experience for each customer. Your role, as the face and voice of our company, is vital! We seek individuals with a professional attitude, strong customer service focus, and the ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Customer Service Representative’s job duties include:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
Book service jobs utilizing scheduling software.
Outbound call to schedule appointments.
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
Meet Key Performance Indicators to earn monthly incentives.
Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to every client.
Perform other clerical duties as required.
